Brandyn...see cool new e-mail that I sent you. "Large lures/large Muskie Fishing Contest." I thought of concept over the weekend at a lure show here in Brookfield!
The Canadian guys would espelove contest!
Some dude named Lamar called me from your phone and asked me if I knew whose phone this was- I said Brandyns, he said oh he dropped it at a local watering hole called the ManHole. Said you must have dropped it in the parking lot while servicing a Jon. Hope you get it back soon
hey i was wondering if this is a good time of the year for muskies on fox? I have some time off in january and was wondering if its worth fishing this time of year?
Thanks dude. Probly wont be doin much tomorrow. Me,on on my birthday, out on the town = nothing good for the rest of the world. Hope to see you at the meeting. Im booking speakers for 2010, if youre interested lets talk. Ill see you at the club, otherwise Ill hit you up soon. Thanx for the birthday shout bro. Peace.
How you doin' Brandyn, Very slow year for me this year. My boat had a lot of action, but unfortunatly not for me. Looking forward to 2010, '09 sucked work wise also.
Happy Holidays!
What up dude? Try to make it to our January meeting, Chad Cain is gonna be our speaker. Plus I can hit you up for some of that river fishn info. Should be a good meeting.
Not too bad, the year started slow in June and July with some real nasty weather.
Got better in August and easry September. Fall trolling was very good. Ended up with 141 fish (down some thanks to July), with eight fish from 50" to 53".
LOL! Tony the Tiger! I really haven't been fishing the river alot this year! I fished a couple of new lakes that I never fished before in IL! I lost my old job with my 4 weeks vacation so its just hard to find time with my new job! Maybe I see you down on the river Thankgiving weekend! Good luck to you! Later
Two announcements! #1. I am planning quote," Hot Blooded Muskie Caravan Tour" in 2010 during warm water bite in N. Central WI! Or name will be similar
like, "Capt.'s C.Z. Muskie Caravan Tour." Details aren't fully worked out yet.
Also, I have a video called, "Big, Big, Northern Pike!" that I can put on Muskylink.com It is the Pike though...(nice close-ups, etc., lots of detail!)
No kidding !!!, Chris and I have been on a run, for the past few years. We talk about it alot, and have been waiting for our luck to run out. All the guys that fish the tournaments are great though and believe me when I tell you they love to bust our balls !!! It's never ending. We were realy Glad two see Rich G and Frank B in the top spot for the 09 Fall Tourney, 2 really great guys that deserve it, they do allot for the FRV Club and musky fishing community.
Brandyn Shep,
Love looking at cool photos of your site...Yes! today we're giving it a try with...
slightly larger Suckers...Pewaukee has been very good all year for me...Fish are all
over the place, 9.5 last month to now even 4.5! Who ever catches my C. Wilson
Muskie out there should get an award...It is a fairly new fish that really likes it's
spot as feed is so good by it! Before I, we head out today, I'll try to get Fender Strat photos on my site. There are other guys on this site that jam like me...
The Zielke Experience,
Still have to get bigger amp...(Charge card to the rescuse)
I'm probably loud anough already!
I don't but feel free to send them my way, or the way to Musky Girls on Facebook. Trying to get women more involved in musky fishing, lots of guys are members as well.
Brandyn,
Yes! Opossum is the ugliest thing that I ever filmed...And I have been everywhere.
And yes! In a very strange way I was inspired by it...My secret M.R.C. Lures are
featured in a huge fishing lure book to be released this yr. I have even had small
snot rocket Pike chase the secret M.R.C. Lures in Vilas Co. But, Muskies will come in c-l-o-s-e to get better look of M.R.C. And most of the time, I have got
the fish by doing a figure 8! M.R.C. Lures are made out of Cedar from Upper Michigan. But, I use a variety of woods in lure construction depending on what I'm going after...
M.R.C. Lure are all collector items...If I do a lure show, I'll have some out for display...
hey dude saw that you were up on pete/wis river. i got a summer house in that area, and always fish forciers tourny. were you able to put any skies in the boat.
Dude, Im sendin you a friend request, AGAIN! Glad you like the shirt. I'll trade you one for a Ski link shirt ? Let me know. Try and get out to our next meeting if you can. Peace.
HAHAHA
Darcy, those are just goals. May as well set expectations high! 40 pounders are a reality and we nearly hit 50 last year. If any place can do it, it's Georgian Bay.
